The same is true of post-production.

Clear objectives, careful planning and thoughtful production decisions don't just improve the quality of the work. They also make it easier to keep projects moving once production begins.

The Speed Guarantee isn't something we've bolted onto the business. It's a reflection of the way we work.

What the guarantee covers

If we've filmed the final shoot day of your project, we'll deliver the first draft of your video within seven calendar days.

If we don't, we'll cover 50% of your post-production costs.

Simple as that.

Why make the guarantee?

Because communication projects don't exist in isolation.

Launch dates move closer. Events approach. Stakeholders are waiting for approvals. Sometimes a project only becomes valuable once it's delivered.

Reliable timelines matter.

We're careful not to promise what we can't deliver. When we do make a commitment, we take it seriously.

The Speed Guarantee is one of them.

The small print

The guarantee applies to projects where:

• all scheduled shoot days have been completed;

• all required project materials have been provided;

• the agreed project scope has not changed after production has commenced.

Projects involving multiple rounds of revisions requested outside the original scope may affect delivery timeframes. If that's ever the case, we'll communicate it with you as early as possible.
