For many businesses, the most credible person to talk about the value of their service isn't someone inside the company. It's the people who have experienced it firsthand.
Higher Ranking wanted to capture authentic stories from clients about their experience with the platform and the impact it had on their businesses.
We worked closely with the Higher Ranking team to film a series of customer testimonials that felt genuine, conversational and easy to relate to. Rather than relying on scripted endorsements, the focus was on creating an environment where clients could speak naturally about their experiences.
As a thank you to the participating businesses, we also produced a short brand documentary-style profile for each client. It gave them a valuable piece of content they could use in their own marketing while recognising the time they had invested in sharing their story.
The result is a library of testimonial videos that help prospective customers hear directly from the businesses Higher Ranking has supported, alongside a collection of individual brand stories that continue delivering value well beyond the original project.
